Your calendar stays on your device

Workturn stores your calendars, notes, exceptions and settings in the app’s own storage. No account, advertising, analytics or third-party tracking is used. Reminders and widgets work locally.

Sharing is your choice

A rotation link contains its shifts and starting point, but no exceptions or notes. A backup link also contains exceptions and notes: only send it to someone who should see those. Links are decoded in your browser. Link data appears in the URL sent to the hosting provider.

Publishing a calendar sends its name, shift definitions, time zone and projected shifts (three months back and eighteen months ahead) to Cloudflare. Notes are excluded. Anyone with the address can read the published calendar. Stop sharing in the app to delete the feed; an unchanged feed expires after 400 days. Previously downloaded copies remain with their recipients.

Backups, purchases and hosting

Device backups use your operating system’s backup service and settings. Google Play or Apple handles purchases and payment details; Workturn keeps only its local purchase entitlement. Cloudflare serves the website and feed service and processes connection information needed to deliver requests. Workturn does not enable analytics or application request logging.

Your control and contact

Export or remove your local calendars in the app. Contact support for questions or data requests about the service. Workturn is operated by Aitio Solutions Oy.
